We also provide service to the Eastern portion of Shelton, the Southern portions of Beacon Falls and Naugatuck, and the Southwestern portion of Oxford. Are you insured or bonded? What does that mean for me?

Woodbridge Pet Sitting Service, LLC is fully insured and bonded and is a proud member of Pet Sitters Associates, LLC (PSA). As a member of PSA we are required to abide by the highest standards in the pet care industry.
What it means to you is peace of mind. We take full responsibility for your pet(s), your home and your possessions while you are away. This means that your pet(s) and property are fully covered should anything happen during our visits to your home. These policies provide a level of professionalism and commitment from our company that you can trust.
What are the rates for your services?

It is important for us to fully understand your specific needs before assigning a price for your pet care. Our prices can vary depending upon several factors, some of which include, the exact location of your residence, the number/type of pets your household contains, the length of each visit, and the activities and frequency of each visit. As a rough guide our visits typically cost between $10.00 and $40.00 depending upon the exact household details and customer needs. Can I make last minute arrangements?

You bet! We handle last minute situations on a regular basis. We are not an “on call” service but we will do everything we can to meet and/or exceed your needs and expectations. If we are unable to provide you with the service you request, we will do our best to find the next best solution.
What is the purpose of the in-home consultation or pet interview?

We provide an in-home consultation so you have the opportunity to meet your potential pet sitter and communicate any information necessary so we can provide the best care possible to your pet(s). You can provide a key at the time of your consultation that will be securely tagged and kept for future visits. This enables a seamless, convenient transition when you travel or are unexpectedly away from home.
